Need help with a PaiIT app? We are here to assist. Below you will find common ways to get support for PaiOS, PaiFit, Gem TD and other products from PaiIT.

For general enquiries, bug reports or feature requests, email us at pavith@paiit.io. We aim to respond within a few business days.
Before you write
Please include the following information to help us assist you faster:
- The name of the app (PaiOS, PaiFit, Gem TD, etc.)
- Your device model and operating system version
- The app version, if known
- A clear description of the issue or question
- Screenshots or screen recordings, if applicable
App-specific help
PaiOS
For HealthKit permissions, data sync or AI insight questions, check that Health permissions are enabled in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health. If data appears missing, try force-quitting and reopening the app.
PaiFit
Trainers and studio administrators can reach out for account access, client management or scheduling issues. Include your studio name and role when contacting support.
Gem TD
For gameplay questions, progression issues or performance concerns, describe the level or stage where the problem occurred and any steps to reproduce it.
